ROOF!!!!

Here we are again with bad worker stories! Our roof was supposed to go up seriously 1 month ago. We had framers scheduled and guess what? They never showed up, never called us back, and it's not like they didn't come highly recommended.  2nd set of framers set for 1 week after the first ones, calls us and cancels the Friday before. SO STINKING FRUSTRATING! Any way, now my new BFF is back from his wedding, and Curt got another person, Larry that we have known for years to help Eric frame it. Look at all the progress just today!! Very Excited!!

It was getting a bit dark when I was up there but here is it from a distance. The roof that is up is over the master bedroom and bathroom.

And I'm sure I'll have more to post early next week!!! As you can see the rain has started in ernest so I will be very glad once it's all buttoned up!

    Fantastic to see the roof going on Dawn! Hope it won't be long before it's wind and watertight and then you'll be in in no time. I'm so glad we got the chance to visit with you and see exactly where you are. Looking forward to seeing more pictures. Lots of love, Mary x x
